Lovely location, close to town center

Quiet and calm atmosphere. Good breakfast options. Beautiful views of Puigcerdá lake. Cozy common areas with pool and jacuzzi.

We enjoyed the swimming pool which was located in an upgraded glass house with beautiful views of the Pyrenees mountains.

Very little interaction with staff and difficult to find someone to serve a beer at night, but maybe because the hotel was not so busy.

The location in the heart of Puigcerda

Located near a lovely lake, this hotel provides a perfect backdrop for a peaceful break. the surrounding shopping area and restaurants offer great options. the comfortable room, cosy common areas, pool and private garden make a very pleasant stay.

The breakfast buffet might not meet the expectations of some guests.

We had a great time during our New Year's stay. The pool was heated, perfect for a winter dip. The location was great, close to the center of town and with easy access to restaurants and bars. We were treated to a lovely breakfast spread every morning and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room was very small and quite hot, with no air conditioning. We found it difficult to get a good night's sleep due to the uncomfortable temperature.

We had a garden room facing the pools. Excellent position. The gardens and pool well maintained. We had a massage which we would have again. Excellent value for money. Mini bar prices not too loaded. Small snacks and drinks available during the day. Good value breakfast. Will stay again when the ocassion arises.

Room aircon very noisy

We enjoyed the clean and well-maintained hotel facilities. The location near the lake was great for taking in the scenery and exploring the surrounding areas. The staff made us feel welcome and provided helpful recommendations for places to visit and shop in this beautiful city. Breakfast options were varied and tasty.

Room temperature could be improved.

The hotel had an indoor swimming pool and a spa, which was a nice way to relax after a day of skiing. it was conveniently located in the city center, close to shops and restaurants. Another thing I liked was the complimentary breakfast which had a variety of options to choose from.

The room was not very spacious and lacked basic amenities like a kettle and a minibar. the walls were thin, and we could hear everything from the corridor and the rooms next to ours.
